We examine your blueprints, offer suggestions, and complete estimates you can take to the bank within 3 business days.
2. Planning & Permits
With the estimate approved, we monitor progress on your build - aiming to be on site within 3 business days of back-fill / foundation completion.
3. Professional InstallationCode 1 frames homes at the highest level.
You can expect a professional product delivered on budget, and on schedule.
Upon completion, Code 1 will arrange inspection. You will receive a project binder in a waterproof envelope containing engineered floor and truss plans, photos and notes for the next subtrades (if any), and progress photos taken throughout the build.
